178jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 178jili may suspend or permanently close the player's account and forfeit any associated balance.
178jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, except where required by law or regulatory directive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 178jili customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have associated bonus funds forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
178jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
